She has been available 365 days a year for me if anything should come up with work or my financial advisor. Joanna has always been helpful to assist in all matters. I will never use any other CPA, she is the best!

I used Joanna Ricci for my last tax return and will never go back. Filed them incorrectly, never recieved my full amount of tax return, charged me over 400 dollars and hasnt returned one of my calls since then. Hopefully someone in the business will read this and have her call me? Awful customer service
