    Jake & Mannie, called to let ne know they were in the way. They arrived, set up the hot tub, and surround wood seating. They explained everything, got the air out of the hot tub, utilizing the Mannie Technique now i just need to fill it with water. Mannie & Jake made the whole process simple, easy, and smooth. Being a disabled older woman, i was NOT intimidated at all. Im now sooo looking forward to using it.

    I was told that these companies chess-play with the customers and dont believe it until now, these guys just let me down at the last minute! we agreed a sand change of my filter LAST YEAR! because they have booked, so we scehduled at the beginning of this year, they called me on February to confirm and I say yes! lets do it! By then they have already photo of my filter and they said is not common for them but, they said they can do it! When the technician called me on the scheduled date, he asked me where the sand supposed to be dropped, i said i was ignorant and if it is ok to put it in the trash can, he didnt say a problem but, sounds disappointed/upset, i wasnt at home when he arrived but my wife was there, he didnt even touch the system and, i just received a sms saying that the technicians were trying to change but the system was different (?) not sure whta does that mean honestly, why wait until that day ro let me know . In any case, they charged me 300 and they said for my system be addressed they want now 900!! So, they keeping telling me the technician try to do something but couldnt, which is not true and, gimme very professional high technical reasons for let me down. My inside is, quite honestly that, the technician (Tony) preferred to spend 2hrs opening pools and make 400 (im making the numbers) rather than spend it in changing my filter AND carrying 200 pounds of sand to the grbage can. At the end my problem is money yes, but more than that, the timing for me to look for someone (in opening season) to do my stuff, no way I would find someone right now!! I wouldnt expect my local company treated me like this, but i guess business is business and customers always always hold it. Hope this formula doesnt harm them because clearly is not a win-win.P.S as of today, my money hasnt been reimbursed yet.
