Had an audit done today. I was told someone would be here at 10 am. Lo and behold there is Chad at my door at 10 am. He was professional and put me at ease immediately. The whole experience was a pleasure. I would call this company any day as long as Chad came. BTW: A raise would be a great thing for Chad because he is an asset to Dolce heating / cooling!

Outstanding! We cannot recommend Dolce Heating & Cooling highly enough. We had 2 HVAC units and a high efficiency tankless water heater installed in our home. Joe and Chad did an amazing job thorough, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, excellent experience from start to finish. We have been running the systems now for some weeks and all has run flawlessly. Brought our 1910 into the 21st century. Highly recommend. Joe & Chad serviced our heating system in the fall and our cooling system in the spring. Their work is thorough and comprehensive. When our AC stopped working properly, Joe & Chad came promptly to assess. Joe is very good at explaining what he is finds from the laymans perspective. We needed to replace the control board, Joe & Chad returned the very next morning with the new part to complete the job. More than fair labor charges. Highly recommend Dolce Heating & Cooling!
