I was in complete panic mode, not understanding what I was doing, what I needed nor how I was going to afford to pay for everything with my limited SSDI income. Then I was directed to Jeff at The Medicare Shop. We briefly text, and he gave me an appointment the next day (Saturday) to have me come in. Within minutes of arriving he had things explained to me and I was at ease. Thank you Jeff!!

I have not had anything but positive experiences with Jeff and the Medicare shop from the first time we met at our home to talk about starting with Medicare to the time I had a severe case of Covid and Jeff dropped everything to help, to just yesterday when I needed a quick answer regarding premiums. We really appreciate the fall information meetings with Jeff.

I have worked with Jeff over 10 years and each year his help and guidance gets better. He is very personable and well versed in anything to do with Medicare. I would strongly recommend that anyone (especially the elderly)looking for the Best health insurance coverage should meet with him. He will guide you through your options of insurer and plans.

Jeff dropped his plans to come to my rescue. I had an issue with Medicare that was time sensitive and needed immediate attention. Within a few hours Jeff was at my house with the paperwork that was necessary for my situation. He went through it all, step by step, explaining every detail.
