JOY was absolutely wonderful! We did everything over the phone working on behalf of my older brother helping him get a rose arrangement for Valentines Day for his gf. You could hear the smile in her voice along with her enthusiasm, and while asking the right questions she followed up with actively listening and provided the right details to help rest assure what we were getting. Once we decided, I added my brother in on the 3 way call so he could finish the transaction. Truly her name is a reflection of her personality and work ethic, and a great reflection of how people should be taken care of! Happy with the experience and will recommend for my friends and family in Rochester NY! JOY is awesome!

I had an amazing experience working with Joy and Pat! Pat was always communicating and let me know the week before our event that everything was all set to go. The flowers were absolutely stunning! Our day was perfect and I look forward to seeing our wedding photos with the flowers!
