Easily my favorite Vegan restaurant/Cafe in the Rochester area. The staff is super friendly and if they mess anything up they will fix it. The atmosphere is great a nice and cozy place to sit in and eat. The baked good are to die for as well as their specialty sandwiches. I recommend this to anyone in the area vegan or not. Food is easily the best I've eaten.

I was so excited to eat here while visiting Rochester area for the first time with my partner, but very disappointed. The atmosphere was pretty awful - it seemed as though the manager was fighting with the employees which created an uncomfortable energy while we were waiting for our order. The aesthetics inside are lacking and make other locations in the city preferable to grab a vegan meal. I got a bagel with vegan cream cheese - pretty hard to mess that up, yet there was barely any cream cheese on it and the bagel was cold by the time I finally got it. Fortunately my partners meal was good enough to redeem the awful environment and weird petty energy.

I’m sorry about your negative experience with us, Abigail. We try incredibly hard to make every customer happy with their order and would have rectified the situation had it been bought to our attention. We’ll be sure to add more cream cheese from now on (it is a bit tricky as most vegan cream cheese is made with coconut oil which melts on toasted bagels due to the heat).We are a family-run business and strive to be professional, but, hey, family ya know?
