        Service is horrible The guy the owner cant even speak to the customer and they charge a lot of money $700 only because you have kids thats a robbery and they never say how much hes going to charge because they wanna see how many kids you have that way can charge you more and more

        Completely unprofessional. Had to go there three times to supposedly have my taxes completed. My state return I had to mail in on my own because they were incapable of filing it electronically. Now I check on my federal return. Guess what? It was never filed. Criminal

        My husband has used Jackson Hewitt at the Patchogue location for a couple years now and every tax season we know the owner will will take care of us in a timely manner. We wouldnt go to any other location unless the location is moved!! Thank you Jackson Hewitt for another great year!
