If you are a seller, with a shoddy piece of real estate to unload, this guy is your worst nightmare. If you a buyer, looking for a thorough and honest assessment to help you make good choices, this is the man you want on your team. Peter Wilson brought over 30 years of experience and his trained eye to inspect our new home, 2 days after we called. He was extremely detailed, yet understandable, when speaking to us during the inspection and his photo laden 45 page report arrived within hours of leaving the home. He was on point, extremely knowledgeable and professional, while encouraging the joyful spirit of buying a home. His report let us know the things that by law had to be fixed, as well as providing us with a great tool to know what to expect, and about when, for the next many years to come. Peter was a pleasure and if I could give him more stars I would. He went above and beyond our expectations and gave excellent value for his years of experience. Pete Wilson provided us with extremely thorough home inspections. We used him for two inspections, as the first house we looked at required a significant number of repairs. Despite the second house being in much better condition and not requiring any major repairs, he spent just as much time going through every inch of the house. He provides a report with ample pictures that is very clear to read. He is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of home ownership and was willing to educate me on anything I asked.
