        I recently toured with Stacey the leasing agent she was very helpful , knowledgeable and courteous had a very pleasant tour unfortunately the pricing is well above what the average person is able to afford on a single persons salary

        We have here 6 months, they have the best maintenance guys. They always come straight away when a work order is out in. Front office has been amazing and helpful. Great community especially if you enjoy fishing..

      WELCOME TO LAKESIDE VILLAGE The unique park like setting of this newly renovated gated community, located in East Patchogue; make Lakeside Village the perfect place to call home. The tree lined grounds are carefully landscaped and maintained to create a serene and stunning atmosphere. There are three comfortable apartment styles to suite every rental need. The community is comprised of junior one bedroom, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments all with ample closet space. The open floor plan of each unit includes large sun filled rooms and outdoor terrace or patio. The one and two bedroom apartments feature a dining area located just off the kitchen and living room.
