I had a wonderful experience here! All of the workers were very nice and welcoming as it was my first time visiting this place. This nail salon is clean and well-organized. Their massage was also very relaxing and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to get pampered! I cant wait to come back.

I had a horrible experience there on 1/27/2023. I went in for a UV permanent french manicure. I needed a fill in with the Brisa paint on system and the technician had no idea how to do it. She kept telling me I was wrong and when I asked why she was using the wrong white she got very mad at me and called over a colleague who reinforced what I said and gave her the correct product. Despite struggling to do my manicure, no one came to assist her and her colleagues just kept talking about me around her. I asked if anyone else could finish and no one came to my assistance. We scrapped the French part. I was able to finish with a plain manicure. They did not charge me which I agreed with but when I tried to at least thank my technician and tip her for her efforts, she shoved me out of the door in an aggressive manner. It was the strangest and most awkward feeling being pushed out of the store. I wont ever come back again but still felt the owner could have come to help and correct the situation . Service: Manicure

I have been a customer here for the past few years. One of the best nail salons in the area! I see Nicole every 2 weeks for the UV gel and she does an amazing job. All of the technicians are amazing. I recommend this salon/spa to everyone!! Services: Pedicure, Manicure
