This is an exceptional father son business with a wonderful crew and are simply really nice people. Their quality of work is exceptional, which is unfortunately not the norm any more. In December 2020, I spoke to Tim about trimming some branches that were too close to my house and were damaging my chimney on windy days.  He said he would come by next week.  On the day he was supposed to come, I got a text saying he got delayed due to weather and should be able to get here within two days.  Two days alter, he didn't show up again.  I texted him several times and tried calling him several times over the next few days.  There was never a response from him and he never answered any more of my calls.  Two weeks later, he still won't respond to my texts or calls.I've never had a vendor completely ghost me like that.  I would have appreciated being told that he can't do my job so I would have found another tree guy instead of waiting around for him to reply to me for weeks.  During that time the branches damaged my chimney again and I had flooding in my basement as a result.
