        I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Long story, but I called Joseph Rouzier in an attempt to get better rates on my auto, homeowners and umbrella policy, back in mid March. I have been with the office for many years and never questioned anything. I discussed all of this with Joseph and he said he would get back to me. All I got was excuses and no follow up. So, I took my business elsewhere and saved alot of money!! When my new agent emailed Joseph with cancellation notices, he did not respond several times. I found out yesterday that he never put the cancellations through to farmers and Interstate. I also found out that he sold his business to a wholesaler and didnt inform me. So now I am dealing with 2 companies. One month was wasted, and I am owed refund checks!! Lastly, I went to Yelp reviews and he has several bad reviews! Stay far away!!!
