        It pains me to have to write this review because Ive been a Chase customer for many years. The branch manager, Ronnie Bruno is unprofessional and lacks any people skills whatsoever. Her work attire is inappropriate for someone in that role, wearing jeans and having her hair looking unruly as if she just rolled out of bed. Is this the best chase bank can do?

        The absolute worse when it comes to customer service. Ronnie Bruno the bank manager has no people skills what so ever. Doesn't even dress the part (JEANS) and she wears her hair in a tangled mess. Wow Chase you really have lowered your standards. People do yourself a favor and don't use 17 Huntington Square mall East Northport. Also their investment bankers at this branch never come to work or call you back.
