        The folks there were so pleasant. It was very easy. They worked with my insurance to get my windshield covered. The work was perfect. I especially appreciate it after a few Safelite nightmares lol. Also their dog is so cute.

        Ive been using them for years and theyre fantastic. Probably 4-5 windshields between 3 different full size SUVs. I once tried Safetylite only because theyre closer to my house and had a horrible experience. Their ability to communicate with customers is an absolute joke. They replaced the back tailgate window and I had pieces of glass all over the cargo area. I tipped the guy $20 as a please do a good job gesture. I honestly dont think he spent a full 10 seconds vacuuming. Still glass everywhere as if it wasnt even done. I asked to use the vacuum and did it myself. So basically took my $20 and walked away.
