I left this place so upset!! I booked an appointment on April 29th,2023 for my mother on May13th for mothers day. It was a 60 minute facial i got through groupon the people redeemed the groupon over the phone. I come into the place May13th and the scheduled time the woman says they don't do facials on saturdays. Meanwhile I was booked for it. She was acting like I was insane and was no help. If I could give 0 dollars I would. Go somewhere else save yourself the trouble.

Whats the point in having a phone if you never answer it. I called once everyday for a week and no one picked up. They dont want business so dont go here, go to people that deserve your money

I purchased a facial on Groupon, I left a voicemail requesting a call back to book an appointment. Never received a call back. Called again two days later. Finally the phone was answered and the owner left me on hold after telling me there closed Sundays and has to look into thursday availability. forgot about the call and hung up on me. Called back again and denied hanging up the call. She hung up again on me after now stating there also closed Thursdays. After 10 calls back going straight to voicemail. She clearly blocked me. I traded my voucher in on Groupon to a business that will want my business. Stay away from this place. There's clearly a reason why they have terrible reviews

Went for groupon deal on couples massage. We continue to go and they honor groupon price. Lucy is amazing and professional.

The owner is very nasty about the whole situation. She put me & my friend out & said we have bad attitudes after she redeemed my voucher and slammed the door almost hitting me. My advice is not to go there!!! The worst experience ever
