NEW YORK PILATES East Hampton

East Hampton location 1030 class. It was kind of boring and the instructor was low energy and phoning it in. Not what you expect for a $50 class!

Such a challenging work out! Was super clean and instructor Sarah made the class very engaging and never repetitive. So difficult for someone who doesnt target those muscles specifically (and therefore would self describe out of shape) but overall such a good class and I can totally see how it would make someone super toned :)

I love NYP so much! The new location in Bridgehampton is as amazing as the East Hampton, Southampton & Soho location (only that I've been to so far). I come here as many times a week as I can. Heather, Shakayle, Amanda, Erica have all been such impactful teachers for me. I've learned so much about my body, alignment and muscle growth from these amazing ladies. All NYP employees are always so kind and helpful, + I love shopping the amazing merch. :)

Im thrilled about the new Easthampton location. The studio has the same vibe as the others and I love the purple lights . My first class at this location was with Laura. Laura class had a nice mixture of Pilates moves. She makes the class really hard with modifications as needed . I appreciated the modifications. I had a computer glitch signing up for classes and the woman running the check ins found a solution very fast and was very nice about helping me . Highly recommended and Im excited for more classes.
