I recently started having an excruciating headache accompanied by tooth pain. Dr. Ven got me into an emergency spot late on a Friday afternoon. That same day he got me into a specialist. An extraction was recommended. Dr. Ven and his team were so welcoming, comforting, and most of all, so professional. Every part of the experience from the modern office to their accessibility was perfect. Best dental care I've ever received. Thanks Dr. Ven!

Dr. Mambrino is skilled professional who communicates clearly and compassionately. I had a really bad experience with another dentist in NYC who insisted on replacing an inlay that probably didnt need to be replaced and then they messed it up. i went to Dr. Mambrino at the recommendation of a friend. He helped me understand what happened, then worked quickly to fix it for me. i had lost faith in dentists but my faith is now restored. highly recommend Dr. Mambrino and watch out for greedy dentists.

I have been going to Dr. Mambrino for the last 20 years; he is the only dentist I trust. His office feels more like a luxury lounge than a dentist office and his operating rooms are comfy and welcoming. Great place, great doctor and staff. I would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled dentist. Edited 2Y later: I swear this man is the best dentists in the world. A visit to him makes me feel like Im going to get a haircut - zero pain.

David and his team are first rate. I lost a cap and couldnt get to my prior dentist so went to EHDG. David was meticulous about insuring the new cap matched my existing teeth. I highly recommend this group and David in particular.

This is the first Review I have ever written online. For me, it started with that all to familiar dream of losing teeth, and the panicked feeling that ensues. Except in my case, I awoke to the real life nightmare of actually losing my teeth one night. I've always had dental problems, mostly due to bad genetics, but as my oral situation got worse I found it harder to even do the most basic hygiene without immense pain. I had been in and out of dentists chairs for root canals, extractions, infections and worse. I actually developed a full on phobia, because of the amount of trauma and pain I'd received over my 38 years. So when I came to Dr. Mambrino by chance, with a massive infection within 3 broken teeth in my upper right jaw, I expected things to be no different. I was in the process of consulting with another dentist who wanted to give me tooth by tooth implants, as my teeth rotted away. It was a strategy that would cost me the maximum, but leave me with the minimum amount of use in my mouth. Dr. Mambrino took X-rays and scans, and looked at my mouth in totality. He did not try to persuade me away from the course I was on, but he offered me an alternative. He told me mouth would only get worse, the infections would continue, and the vast majority of my teeth were either beyond saving, or headed that way. He promised that over the course of 1 year, he and Dr. Prudenti, could not only fit me with a full set of upper and lower implants, but that these teeth would be stronger than any I had ever had. He told me that he could change my life. I've been sold snake oil before, and I've gotten my hopes up only to be let down more than a few times too, so I had my reservations. But even at first glance, his facility and personality were both polished and genuine (a very rare combination), and his staff were on the verge of being too perfect. Never had I thought I would or even could feel and be comfortable with my teeth or smile again, but this Doctor was telling me not only could I be, but I would be comfortable coming to the dentist. It took me 24 hours to decide to take the leap, and try things their way. When I came in for the emergency extraction of the infected teeth a few days later, I met Richard, Diana and Alejandra, three core members of the staff. I was nervous, and visibly agitated. If it hadn't been for their professionalism and kindness, I don't think I would have gotten in the chair that day. Richard took the time to explain every move he made as he was preparing me for the procedure. As I lay in the seat, I noticed how clean, sleek, and advanced everything looked. From giant flat screens and an enhanced sound system, to sleek decor and a well versed and groomed staff. The details did matter. Before I knew it, the procedure was actually finished, and I had barely felt a thing. When I left, it was the first time in my life that I had gone to the dentists office and left feeling better than when I walked in. I was a 38 year old, with a mouth double that age. Almost one year later, I'm a 39 year old, with a mouth and smile I never thought was possible. I'm still surprised when I see a picture of me smiling with a full mouth of teeth. And the foods I can eat now... let just say I never even had the option of ordering everything on the menu. But most importantly, I feel healthier, and I act healthier. I want to take care of this gift I've been given. It may sound hyperbolic, but I absolutely feel like I have a new lease on life. The hard facts are that it isn't inexpensive, and it will take a little time. But those facts mean nothing when you compare it to what you walk away with. If they charged me double, I still would have done it, and if I was only halfway there after a year, I'd be looking forward to the next one. The East Hampton Dental Group is absolutely nothing like any other establishment of its kind. I can say that confidently because of what I've been through in my life, and that's why I make this post, because I want everyone to know that this level of quality actually exists right here.
