The large rain storm this past July caused a leak in my roof with damage spreading into my home. It was urgent to have this problem assessed and repaired on a quick timeline ahead of any further issues. I had been referred to Jaime by my real estate broker and he had done a great job completing a project for me in the past. I reached out to him again and he was able to provide a quote within the next 24 hours as well as a reasonable timeline to have all work completed. He was knowledgeable about the issues with my roof and was able to come up with creative solutions to repair the damage and fix the root cause of the issue for the future. We selected REA for a near gut renovation project in East Hampton. Jaime did an immediate walk through and gave us a comprehensive bid within days. His crew is extremely professional, easy to work with, and very flexible with our schedule. They exceeded expectations and did an amazing job. The whole crew treated our home as if it was theirs and went out of their way to respond to our feedback. Jaime is a man of his word and stayed ahead of schedule through all our changes!
