        My family, friends, and I are constantly pleased with Nic's! The restaurant itself is immaculate. No exaggeration, probably the cleanest restaurant I have ever eaten in. I have dined at Nic's probably around 20 times, and I have never had a bad meal. All food is fresh and prepared daily right in the kitchen. We are fortunate to have a place like Nic's here in East Greenbush. The owners are hands-on, and it shows in every aspect of the business. Thanks again for a great meal.

        Love this place! We have only done take out, but the food is great every time and I havent had a dish I didnt like. Pizza is great, arancini delicious, pappardelle bolognese, the risotto, you name it and we have probably tried it and loved it. They also add/change menu items regularly, so just when you think you have tried everything, there is something new. Great local gem!

        Nic's is our go-to place. The food and cocktails are superb -- pretty close to what you'd experience in Tuscany. The offerings range from an excellent Neopolitan style pizza to some great pastas.
