This Team has been a blessing for us. The took care of our house for 4 years and then helped us sell it. I am blown away by there service on many levels. I bought a house with them, and they negotiated a price at least 30k below asking. Once we bought the house, for a very good price, as property managers, they placed fantastic renters well outside the average range and paying rent above what we expected. The service they provide is superior to any other. I recommend them for both buying property, as well as getting high quality tenants. All will be satisfied. Just to give you a sense of how comprehensive they are, from a personal level: I had always had a goal of buying property for investments purposes and never really thought I could do it and be profitable. Without them I could not make my dream possible.
