I didnt stay here, I stopped to have a quiet spot to eat my bag lunch. It is well located near beautiful birch trees, the cracker barrell and dennys.

Used points for a room. Was put in the worst room available, across the elevator and a portion of the room was occupied by a utility room. Room was clean, just a let down compared to the other locations nof the same brand.

Horrible, I stay at only Marriotts and will never change but this location was completely terrible. No bath linens, emptied body locations and very little body wash and when housekeeping can in only made bed, never changed any bedding. Very disappointed.

Avoid this hotel! My room was 90 degrees on arrival at 9pm and the small AC did not cool it down, the bathroom also smelled like urine. When I complained in the morning the hotel clerk was rude. Three days later I discovered I had bed bug bites. I called the hotel twice and the manager never returned my call. After calling Marriott they told me the hotel manager would take care of me. When I called the hotel again the manager Rachel V. was rude and said she had the room checked and there were no bed bugs. If this was true why did they never return my call? This is how they respond to a serious complaint? All I can say is I definetely have bed bug bites and I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn.
