Greenbush Terrace

My AC went out over the weekend and due to health issues I needed it back as soon as possible. Esther got right on it and understood my situation. Maint was out the next day and by day two it was up and running. Those two days would be normal for what they needed so I was very pleased with how they handled it. I can thank Esther and her team enough. They knocked the ball out of the park. Thanks guys

I came to tour the complex today and was greeted by Amanda. Amanda was warm, friendly and I noticed how other tenants greeted her warmly-and instantly I felt good vibes. She showed me two apartments and explained all details and answered my questions. I came away with a great impression and I feel Amanda is the reason. Im looking forward to joining such a nice welcoming complex!

Management is nonexistent, property managers cater to certain individuals, and nothing ever gets fixed,someone from the office tells everyone else's business to residents

I moved into Greenbush Terrace and all I have to say is.. The property is great.. Jennifer is an excellent property manager, The maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I think I have made a good choice moving into Greenbush Terrace. Oct 2020. Well I have been living in Greenbush Terrace for 2 year and it has changed drastically. The Property manager Jen quit. Roco started playing games. Refused to repair property, tried selling and could not. I have had a problem with my flooring since I moved in. All they are interested in is how much money they can get. On Oct 8th we had a severe thunderstorm that knocked out power fee two days. There is no EMERGENCY LIGHTING in any of the buildings. When I attempted to call the on-call maintenance person it took 22 call before I was able to leave a message. (Kept hanging up on me). The following day I approached the new property manager to question about the emergency lighting and she stated Im busy talk to me later It is now Sat and I am still waiting to talk to her. (She has avoided everyone since the blackout) I spoke to Joe, The maintenance supervisor and he checked the emergency lighting and found that the batteries have never been changed. There are several people in the complex that do not have a working washer/dryer in the apartment, Roco said they will order them from China when they come in they will replace them. Oct 2022 Well Roco has succeeded in turning this place into a slum. (see photos). There is no one here all week, the trash is overflowing every week, the lifts yes lifts not elevators are constantly breaking down. Management is telling everyones business.
