My fiance and I used Erik Jensen as our realtor. We looked up reviews of many of the agents in the East Aurora area and saw he had a good reputation, that is why we choose him. We were not disappointed. Erik took the time to scour every home with us. He is handy himself and has a good eye during walk-throughs. He looked for possible things that may need to be fixed or addressed and would estimate length of time of the job and cost of materials. This allowed us to better judge if this was the home for us. Erik was more than an agent looking for a home, he had our best interest in mind. We saw countless homes with him; he was always patient as we looked and took our time deciding if we wanted to take the next step. He was never pushy. If we asked him to call or meet us so we could discuss more, he was always willing and available. Once we had our offer accepted he continued to provide the same level of excellent service. Erik kept us in the loop and helped us navigate who we should talk to next and what documents we needed to sign. Over a month after we closed on our home we had an issue with our septic system test and when I reached out to Erik he helped us to find a resolution. He made phone calls and did more work on his end and asked me to keep him posted until it was resolved, so he could help the situation more if possible. Erik was an incredible agent to work with. We are so grateful that we had him. He prevented us from getting stressed and confused so we could enjoy our home buying process! Thank you, Erik!
