        I do not recommend UPD to any parent. The front office staff does not answer the phone and frequently messes up appointments. My son was in need of a filling and we got the run around for a full year. Once I reached my breaking point, Inspire dental got us in and the work done within two weeks.

        They do not answer their phone. I'm not sure whats going on with this place, I've been taking my daughters here since they were 2 and it used to be easy, call make an appt and go for a great appt with great staff and amazing dentist! Now, we have called for months and NO answer and no one returns calls from voicemails I leave! Idk how they still have a business!! Upsetting we're going to have to switch...
