        Had my card on file they never ran it. Moved and never got my mail in time showing my policy was canceling, yet I provided my updated address with Tonya when I moved. She never told me my policy was in jeopardy of canceling or lapsing. They couldn't be bothered to call me to inform me of what was happening, Carly Said if a customers policy is canceling or going to lapse its "Not a 911" for them to call the customer. I Have the phone call recorded. Sssooo unprofessional.

      We truly are sorry that your policy canceled for non-payment. Your address was updated and the company was notified of this as well. We have called you in the past with reminders for other non-payment issues, but this time it slipped through. Calling clients for non-payment is done as a courtesy. It is not a policy. It is impossible to call each client that misses a payment, however we try our best. Also, it was explained to you that we cannot use your card unless you notify us to make the payment. Our hands at the agency level are tied. I recommended that you call the company directly because there is nothing we are able to do at the agency level.
