Didn't have work done but he did sell me a trailer that ended up being junk. Told me 250 to fix the front. Found out that it was a grand to fix plus never said a word about the roof leaking and that's 2500 to fix. Took my money and never responded to any text I sent him after getting the quote. Just beware if he's ripping me off on a trailer what does he do to the houses he works on.

We had extensive work on our home done by Nathaniel's Construction. The work was completed efficiently and meticulously and we are extremely happy with the end result. Excellent communication throughout the entire project and a great crew altogether. Would highly recommend!!

Recently had my house resided, new soffits, gutters and the front porch rebuilt . Complete transformation. Great crew, showed up every day on time, very respectful. Meticulous work. Price was great. Had other quotes but after seeing their work I choose Nathaniels and Im glad I did. Very happy with the end results. So many people stopped and complimented me on the house. I would highly recommend Nathaniels Construction.

Crystal and Nate are both amazing to work with. The end results are always beautiful and they are very reasonable and accommodating. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing work done over and over again. 10/10

WE GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!! In my opinion, you cannot trust anything Nate or Crystal say or write. We met Nate and Crystal at the Buffalo Home Show. After they didn't show up to the first agreed upon appointment time, I should have listened to the red flags and warning sirens in the back of my mind that I had up. Unfortunately, I was willing to give them a chance since they are still a newer company and I grew up with self employed parents. We ended up signing a contract in May, and paid a $20,000 deposit so they could order materials, with everyone knowing about some of the changes to the plans we had that would be getting finalized by our architect. Those revised drawings were completed in under 2 weeks. We expected the cost to increase some with those changes. Fast forward 6 weeks to a day before the July 4th weekend. We get updated pricing after not getting any updates for the previous 6 weeks despite asking for them. The price went up 250% only a few days before they were supposed to begin construction! They didn't order the needed materials for the job (some items would take 4-6 weeks to come in) even though they said they had and said they paid for some of them weeks earlier. We asked for our deposit back since they never ordered the materials that would be needed and haven't heard a word from them since July 7th. A Lawyer has written them 2 letters with no response. Maybe we'll get a response this way? We've also contacted the BBB and may pursue legal options soon. 11/8/23 - Edited for slight clarification and to add that they have reached out after this review was posted. This review may be further edited once a resolution has been agreed to. 2/24/24 - We have yet to come to any agreement with Nathaniel's Construction. They are refusing to give us any money back. The Attorney General has let us know that "despite our repeated efforts, they have failed to respond." In addition they told us: "We will keep it on file in the event a pattern of complaints concerning this business develops." We plan to contact them again to find out what the next steps are in getting our money back. Services: Home renovations, Home addition construction
