Had high hopes walking into this establishment early on a Saturday morning, even seeing a long line I was anticipating good service and good food as the reviews had reflected. However, this was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a small business. When we got up to the counter they were out of practically everything and what they were offering would have taken an hour to get. The staff were not friendly and the owner was unfortunately extremely condescending. He publicly mocked other patrons after leaving an honest review and seems to be on an ego trip over how successful he feels. Unfortunate and extremely unprofessional...

Best bagels in Buffalo, favorites are the everything and Hot Grandma. Bringing their pretzels to a party is always a hit, and their sourdough chocolate chip cookies are to die for. Always doing interesting stuff in their kitchen! Great family run business in East Aurora, very lucky to have them in our community.
