I work through a 3rd party employer as the cleaner at the corporate office and plant in the northeast. Not only is Morcon's owner Joe a caring, down to earth, hardworking man it flows over onto the rest of the staff. I have been cleaning for them for over a year now. I can honestly say I haven't met a person there who I dislike. The plant staff and all the employees seem to respect my work and are never blatantly rude, disrespectful, or indifferent. I enjoy being part of such a dedicated team.

Every day is a new challenge with no limits to how you can contribute to this growing company. The team culture here is amazing and I love the "we can do it" attitude. Ownership really cares for their people and you see it everyday. Love this place and love being a part of the team.
