        This is unacceptable, very slow, close on Saturday and no change if you own a bar dont bank with chase..

        Something really needs to be done about that branch manager. She has a real nasty attitude. and you can't just chalk it up to a bad day because on 3 consecutive occasions she has been rude

        This branch is terrible. I hate giving bad reviews, but this is the exception. They remodeled the branch a couple of years ago and it's just terrible in design. It's dark, desolate, looks closed all the time, absolutely empty. When I go inside the bank to do business, there's no one really there to help me, or if there is someone, they can't help me because it's beyond their scope. And it's not anything terribly complicated- the last time I went in, they couldn't even change my ATM $20s for smaller bills! This branch is pretty much useless. I've started going to a different one where they actually help people.
