I have lived here for about 4 years. The landlord is a very good guy, very down to earth. I recommend living here for sure.

The owner is evil. He said hed fix the mold in my bathroom but instead threatened to take me to small claims court. His sons all work for him as the office manager, maintenance and groundskeeper. The one son said hes get me new windows and a new back door. Never happened. The heat in the apartment is NOT adjustable-its either too hot or too cold. Ive talked to 4-6 people who moved out of here (or Hamburg Heights which they also own) and he never gives back the security deposit. I asked for mine knowing full well they wouldnt give it back and they had blocked my number. I had to call with my number blocked or they wouldnt answer. I called the department of health when they wouldnt fix the mold so they were super mad at me!

I have lived here about a year and a half. The landlord has always responded to me very fast and has always been very friendly and quick to fix any issues i have had. They currently are remodeling the apartments as tenants move out. And also are repainting the hallways. Its really looking nice. The best landlord I have had!!

I have been there for 7 years.Owner is making many improvements.He is screening better and I like living there.
