Santora's Pizza Drive-In

We were having a meal with family who live locally in Buffalo (as we no longer live there) and the experience ruined the limited time we had with them. It took us over an hour and half to get our food after we ordered it. It was only when we asked (about an hour after ordering) our waitress said "there was an issue". The food ultimately trickled out over the next 30 minutes. She forgot side dishes. Drinks sat empty. Two of our orders were wrong. We watched four other parties come in, eat, and leave before we even received our food. There was zero communication about any of the issues. When we attempted to address it with our waitress she was passive aggressive and snippy. When we spoke to the manager and saying "she understood" we received our check with a few dollars off. We paid it and left but will never return and will be sure to tell everyone else about our experience.

I just needed to share with the world that not only does this place have top notch pizza, but literally the best boneless wings ever.

Even though they were very busy, service was quick. The food was fantastic and the beer cold. We had a medium pizza and wings. Best pizza Ive had in western New York. The wings were good and hot (temperature). Will definitely frequent this restaurant again.

What happened to this place? Went there two times in a row and service was terrible. But we get it, everyone is short handed. So we went there for dinner today, and they don't serve any bottled or draft beer anymore? Except for the stuff they brew?
