        This is a total I wish I could give 0 star case. I got scammed by the studio in a nutshell. I am an elite member of Canada, I was visiting Buffalo for a couple of days and I wanted to join a class in that studio. The staff informed me that there would not be any additional charge, and they charged me a drop-in fee right after the class. When I spoke to them, they told me they would refund me, and they never did. A couple of days later studio manager said thats their fault, but they can not process the refund, so they made me pay for their mistake, which is super weird to me. The solution they came up with was to give me a free class in their studio which I will never visit again. So those people definitely doesnt care about their customers in my experience.

        Do not ever give this place your credit card information, they will never stop charging your card no matter what you do to try and get them to stop.
