A nightmare. A scam. I dont know what else to say. I had so many issues with Neal Brady. I would email, call, and text him and he was nice when he answered but he would only respond half the time. When he did answer he said he would take care of things but then never did. He never changed our home address when we moved after email and texting him multiple times. He left never looked for better car insurance deals for us even after asking. He left one car on our policy for months after it had been sold so we were paying for 3 cars not 2. The list goes on. Again things he said he would take care of and didnt. Half these issues I had to go directly to the car insurance company because Neal wouldn't do anything. It made it very difficult because the car insurance company wanted us to use the agent that was assigned to us but Neal was just useless. Im writing a review because the only thing Neal does is scam you. Dont trust him. He says he is an agent but he does nothing. Neal I dont know how you sleep at night, taking peoples business and money while you sit back and ignore them. If you do work with him make sure to are paying attention to your bills and what being covered because he wont even if you have asked him multiple times.

Neal was initially extremely kind and helpful, up until he became unprofessional, short-tempered and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

Dont waste your time calling. Just got off the phone with one of the agents and hes telling me to call Capital one to ask where to send the binder to? Is this guy a rookie? Has he not heard of the fax machine? My first time shopping for a policy on my own and I run into these guys. The worst.

I left my review directly after speaking with someone You should have a license driving is a privilege Oh I know you remember me now Remember you hung up the phone afterward Post your alleged phone records my phone has already a new call log but Im sure there is a record of the call somewhere
