We DESPERATELY needed to update our 1960s bathroom. We searched for a while to find a contractor who could see our vision. We were very lucky to have found Justin. He was patient and super helpful the entire time, often offering creative solutions we hadn't thought of and never missing the smallest details l. He was always available whenever we had questions, however, ridiculous they might have seemed to him. He and Bryce would show up everyday with a smile and a great attitude. Ready to get right to work and excited to do so. Our bathroom redo might have been a little thing to him but to us, it was huge. And he never made us feel unimportant or ridiculous with any of our questions or concerns. The final product speaks for itself. Really. We could not be more ecstatic about it. Everything turned out beyond expectations. And the glass in the shower surround fits like a glove. I would honestly recommend Justin and crew for any job. I'm already thinking about what our next job can be with him!

If anyone is looking for a reliable, reasonably priced contractor for any home remodels, additions, or projects where they really need a contractors help, we would highly recommend JC Platt Builders. Justin and his team are very hardworking, dedicated, friendly, and communicative (actually returns texts and phone calls in a very timely manner!) which is difficult to find in contractors as many people have unfortunately experienced. They work long hours, and were very accommodating to our own schedules. Were expecting a baby boy in less than 9 weeks now, and Justin did all that he could to make sure he squeezed us in so that a nesting momma would have one less thing to think about! We have a raised ranch and Justin replaced our stair railings, added new balusters, added another hand rail for the other level of stairs going downstairs, and he did everything with great precision and care. It was just so nice to finally meet and work with a contractor who was wonderful from start to finish! Definitely a breath of fresh air. We began our master bathroom remodel working with a Curtis Lumber designer who provided us with a list of contractors. After obtaining several estimates, we contracted with Justin Platt for the master bathroom and second bathroom remodels. He impressed us with his attention to detail on various projects as evident from the many photos he shared. Scheduling pushed back the start date but the wait was well worth it. Justin is always quick to respond to text messages and phone calls. He and his crew are hard workers putting in long hours for many days and some weekends, as we easily accommodated each others schedules. They were respectful of our house from start to cleanup. As the projects progressed and if Justin or we had design, construction or material concerns, he would listen to our ideas, offer his knowledgeable opinion, discuss it and ultimately advance the job to our satisfaction. We were always informed if he had suggestions to make perfect the end design. We were very impressed with how much time he devoted to planning exact tile layouts which is one example of his careful organization. Workmanship and making clients happy about their new space are important to Justin. So he stands by his work. We got to know him during our two bathroom remodels. Justin is a down to earth, personable, and positive person who can and will do a variety of construction projects. This was a great work experience. Both remodels are beyond our expectations. As we told him, we recommended him to the rest of our family to be contractor of choice as he will be for us on upcoming projects. So for anyone reading this, we highly recommend J.C. Platt Builders.
