        From the moment I walked in the door, the FRONT OFFICE staff has been amazing. Sharay says, Hello Miss Monica. Carla then says hello too. Heres why I couldnt give it 5 stars. I never see a therapist in the exercise area. They all sit on their phones. I was even asked to sign a blank therapy sheet at the end of my session. I told my therapist that Im not comfortable signing some thing that is blank. He had 40 minutes to fill in a simple piece of paper. The therapist, Julius, does very little, in my opinion. He sits on his phone. I had to ask for help in HOW TO do certain exercises. I also find the facility dirty and worn down.
