Advantage is right... Tom takes advantage of his clients! Terrible broker, terrible, false promises and lies! 3 months after signing contract, with one of his realtor daughters clients and a pre-approval from him, their buyer for my home was denied due to Toms lack of due diligence. Borrower was never qualified and had he done his job correctly he would never have allowed his client to even attempt buying a home. Vanessa his daughter, the realtor, is also terrible at her job, both of them are unresponsive, and falsely represent themselves as well as their clients! Steer clear! Any positive reviews you may see are clearly friends or family who never had true dealings with him or Vanessa.

I had the most amazing experience with Faith Jankowski and Tom Lotito at Advantage Home Lenders. Professional, committed, and follow thru are just a few words to describe their business, made the mortgage process for my husband and I go from overwhelming to a breeze!! So appreciate all the hard work they did for us!! Wish i could give 10 stars!!
