        0 knowledge of wheelchairs. Did nothing. Claimed to try calling ti-lite for days and got no response but when I did it, took me 5 minutes flat. Held my chair for a few days then said i dont know what to do and gave it back. Thankfully he didnt charge me for doing nothing. Tired of wheelchair places knowing absolutely nothing about their own craft.
