        This agency is a disgrace!! Threatening to drop my parents policy because i have to show proof i am not in their house hold in long island when i moved out. I changed my drivers lisence & got insurance in Pennsylvania back in 2017... It is now 2023 how does this years later become an "issue". Be aware of this so called "agency"

      Miguel, Sorry you feel this way. However, your complaint related to two auto policies that we had spoken to you and your parents about. You were contending you had insurance in another state and should not be a rating factor on these auto policies. You may recall that these policies were in your parents name. You claimed not to be a driver in the household on these policies ( vehicles). We interviewed your parents on the telephone and in person about your status. After those conversations they agreed you were to be added as a driver in their household. I understand this upset you. But NYS DFS and State Farm's rate filing do not allow us to make exceptions.I would hope you'd reconsider your negative review as it can impact my ability to grow my agency.I'm here to serve my policyholders in a fair and equitable manner as I have done for over 5 decades.Sincerely yours,Bob McMahon
