Efrain installed our Tesla wall charger, and made some recommendations for a cleaner install, and took his time to do a tight job, along with answering any questions I had. Knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional, and persistent. Highly recommend -- completely understand why the 5 star ratings. Project: We upgraded to 200 Amp service and got the hardwired EV charger installed all within 2 days. They had to snake wires thru the basement ceilings to the other side of the house for the charger. Ben: When getting a quote, Ben was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Down to earth guy and doesn't hurry you. Easily reachable via phone. Amazing memory too -- Spoke to Ben 6 months before the actual work happened, but he remembered everything we talked about. Efrain/David: His guys, Efrain and David, did the work. Same feedback - knowledgeable, easy to work with, etc. Efrain was very knowledgeable. Convinced me not to get the EV enclosure/cover bc of the potential for mold inside (not well ventilated and the charger is already waterproof). He didn't hesitate to stop his work to answer my question; same with David. The work: You can tell they've been doing this a while; they have a groove going - music/radio on, all their tool/materials in the truck, incentivized to finish asap (so they can go home / do the next job). They were relatively accurate with cutting holes in the house (just 3 places). Had a hiccup but figured a way with minimal cutting and conduit exposure (hid in a closet). Very satisfied with the solution and quick thinking. Post-job: When I was remapping the circuit breakers, one was not on the right amp as before (line for the washer). I asked Ben and he confirmed and fixed it without accepting a tip. They stand by their work but if there's any mistake they'll definitely fix it.

Ben and Efrain did a great job in installing a Tesla home charger for me. Efrain found a way to get the wire from the electric box to garage with minimal damage to the wall in basement. He also suggested to put the charger in front of garage by drilling a hole into the stone. And it came out beautiful (see the picture)! Overall the work was done efficiently and professionally. I would recommend them if you plan to install an EV charger.
