From the moment my sibling, my mother and I sat down with Joanne to update mom's will and trust she has been there for us. Joanne explained (patiently thank god), every step of the way how to proceed, especially when it came time to apply for community medicaid applications, veteran applications etc. and helped so much with all the paperwork which could prove, understandably so, overwhelming. Even now going through all the estate paperwork Joanne has been in constant communication with me as she always has, with every step and every filing she does. Her whole team is aces!!
