One of the few retailers I could find that actually has plenty of samples, I'm in Canada and my orders have been faster than some of the companies here. First order, I picked around 15 samples. I can't state how hard it is to find samples in Canada-- I spoke to 6 shops local to me, all had samples you could try in store, none had ones you could buy and take home. While not cheap for some, I had more than enough to take out on the town a few times to figure out of it was a scent for me. Second order, I had found what I liked from the samples and ordered fullsized bottles. I actively tried to find cheaper prices at the local shops that were less and no dice. FragranceNet still had cheaper prices in CAD in all but one. Third order, they sent me an email saying they had stock of a product that was previously discontinued and that I loved. I immediately ordered 5 to get free shipping and once again no issue. I have not had to deal with their customer service yet, so I can't comment on concerns around that. But so far, they're 3 for 3 in my book. I hope this helped!

I paid for next day shipping. It has been 5 days. You cannot reach anyone by phone. I sent several emails. Nothing! Never again! I wish I could give zero stars.

An absolute joke of a company as well as the ontrac carrier services they use. Deliberately delivered my package to the wrong address after notifying them multiple times and still have not done anything. Never again will i purchase from them

I used to buy from fragrancenet ALL the time exclusevily. Ever since covid, the customer service has been non existant. They even deleted my account and have pending purple rewards due to this that they say I was not a member. I still have order #'s going back years. I even spoke with someone high up in the company and STILL nothing has changed. She assured me that this would get resolved. I decided to give them one more chance today and purchase 6 bottles of cologne. Says couon was applied but it wasn't. I also recived a coupon in the mail and when I tried to use that it said it was invalid. I have purchased a few hundered bottles from Frangrancenet. I am done. I am taking my business solely to the competitors.
