        It's unfortunate. This used to be the best wash j could come across. Not sure what's going on the last year (they've been busy) maybe they think they're popular enough now to lower their standards? I know for sure the last 4 consecutive washes I've had had all been let downs :/ I'll give them another chance or 2 for redemption because they did used to be the best
