My Sl55 and I were left stranded late night all the way in Philadelphia after the hardtop locked up in an awkward position. Doug - the driver went above and beyond to ensure the car made it's way back to New York without any further damage. I didn't notice how loose the trunk lid was, however, Doug went ahead and secured the trunk lid with a padded blanket to ensure there would be no damage to the paint and or hardtop mechanisms. Throughout the whole process, Braden Coachworks and Doug were on point with their customer service, communication and the pricing was more than reasonable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any of their 24-hour towing needs. I would have been taken to the cleaners if I had used anyone else at the time from Philadelphia. Service: Electrical

Dan and his team are the most professional people in the business. Very respectful, informative and full of solutions.
