Today I went to the post office to renew my passport. The whole process was honestly very confusing but Mr Thomas Carson was extremely helpful!! He helped us throughout the whole time with a bright and positive attitude.

USPS/Cross River is lucky to have Mr Tom Carson! He is knowledgeable and kind. He moves things along quickly and is extremely professional. Mr Carson would get a 5 star review if I were to stop here. However (and not Tom's fault), I am not exactly sure why the place needs to close in the middle of the day when so many of us can only visit post offices in the middle of the day. I find this extremely frustrating. Cant really think of anywhere else that closes "for lunch" in this day and age (hence the three stars, two stars if I am being honest).
