        Just dont. They dont even bother to contact you back after an inquirycant imagine how long you would have to wait for them to actually pick you up.

        Just wanted to say Thanks to you and all of the CTI Team. Your drivers are friendly efficient and super safe! You and the registration group are always so pleasant and accommodating. And your cars are always spotless and comfortable. We will definitely use CTI again.

        From start to finish, we had a great experience with Coxsackie Transport. On two weekends in December, our group was picked up on time from the Poughkeepsie Train Station and transported safely to the Orpheum Performing Arts Center in Tannersville, and they were transported all the way back to New York City at the end of each weekend. The bus was clean, the driver professional and everyone was happy with their experience. Allison helped us with planning and we could not have managed without her. We will definitely use Coxsackie Transport for our group travel in 2024!

        Our family & guests had reserved a two way ride weeks in advance for dinner (fully prepaid). After drop off, driver never showed back up to get us. Did not answer phone, text or email - we got completely stranded. Avoid this company at all costs, it is a scam.

      Michaella,We're truly disappointed that you feel that way, especially given that we haven't ever done any sort of business together. We regret any frustration you feel you've encountered.For some context:An email was sent on your behalf, March 20th, 2 hours before our operations concluded for the day. Your inquiry was for transportation for October 18th. We are at the cusp of wedding season, and thus have a significantly large que of inquiries to address, many with events that are soon and require urgent attention. After the weekend, we were able to review our inquiries in the order in which we received them from the end of the previous week, and were subsequently able to compose you a calculated response on March 27th.We understand you may be disappointed with our inability to accommodate your transportation needs for October 18th, but please know that while we do our best to accommodate all requests, our availability is often limited due to high demand and prior commitment. Unfortunately we have been fully booked for that date for some time now, and we simply do not have any buses or drivers available for that date.Our team puts hard work and dedication into every step of our services, day in and day out. We are very proud of each of them, and will continue to put our best foot forward.Have a great weekend and Happy Easter
