        Very bad surface and I take the customer good you have a payment do you make other appointment for next time we did it for me everybody you have to switch the bank is not good for the surface

        There was this older women with glasses and abt 45 ft tall that lost my mothers contact information, how unprofessional. I believe her name was Silvia or Sophia. Its pretty obvious she has a preference on what race to help and whom to give a hard time. However there was this gentleman named Brian that was extremely helpful, he was patient and very thorough. This bank needs more people like him. Toss out the people that give people a hard time

        The security guy always say the same no system does not let you go in to the counter by 4:00 clock always same story... the web say they close by 5:00 need update that Chase Bank they need a training the workers the think it's a McDonald's job
