We have used his services when we purchased a house in Clifton Park, NY. He did a fantastic job. We now live in Granville, NY and needed several tree and stumps removed. We received a quote and agreed upon price (to be paid in full in CASH). We never received ETA on when he was planning on coming out to do the job (so we can prepare to get the cash out of the bank). He left our conversation at “It’s best to get it completed before the leaves come, as it’s easier”. Called several times and get a voicemail (to get ETA). No follow up from them. I finally get his wife/receptionist on the phone. She told me she handed my file with him that day and he will call us with ETA. Nothing and it’s been about a week from that conversation. Now for perspective, we hired him almost two months ago! The lack of communication and frustration lead me to find someone else that could do the job. It’s good to know he’s just that busy and doesn’t need the cash and our business. Quite honestly, I’m happy for him and wish him the best. Services: Tree removal, Stump removal

Came out in April and told me 4 weeks, definitely by June so I could get my driveway paved. Called all summer long with one BS excuse after another why he wasn't there, given a new date and stood up again... if anyone answered or got back to me at all. In July he quoted some friends 4 weeks also. What he should say is whenever or if ever i feel like getting to you. By September I went with Buddy's Tree Service. They did a great job. I was given a price and date for the tree I wanted removed 2 months ago. After calling the office numerous times was promised a new date for the tree removal. The office never rescheduled my work.

They were very knowledgeable and speedy. They always asked my opinion when they had to change up their plan. They left the yard immaculately clean! Very happy with their service and will use them in the future.
