        Went to Paul today to have my rear right wheel bearing replaced. Honest prices, great quality work, fantastic customer service. He even let me work on my laptop in his waiting area and let me use his Wi-Fi.

        Im not one to leave reviews but Paul was just awesome. Very detail oriented, he genuinely cares about the vehicles he works on and is insanely knowledgeable. While waiting, about 10 people stop by just to talk cars. Really cool vibe for the BMW enthusiast.

        Paul sources the best organic oil from the BP oil spill. Washes it off the ducks himself with the most gentle hands I have seen on a mechanic in a long time. Always great to know there is a good shop that I can trust! Service: Steering & suspension repair

        Paul is a great tech and hard worker. He is very knowledgeable about german cars. If you have a BMW especially and need just about any kind of work done, he is your guy. Do not bring your german car to other independent local shops in rockland because they are just about clueless when it comes to everything. Get your work done right and bring your car to Paul as he is always transparent and looking out for his customers. Hands down best shop in rockland. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

        Unfortunately this repair place was recommended by a local business. My experience was enlightening to say the lease. On April 29, 2022 I paid a Total cost: 2615.21 Replaced both rear shocks, replaced radiator, replaced oil pan gasket and right headlight bulb and valve cover gasket. The radiator commenced leaking immediately thereafter. I returned the vehicle, although soon thereafter the radiator commenced leaking again. I reported the issue to Paul and unfortunately he could not service the vehicle and ignored my calls, even after visiting the shop. The issue was Paul installed an inferior aftermarket radiator part. I had the radiator replaced for a third of the price with an original BMW radiator at another location. I do Not recommend this establishment for any work. Unless you have months to wait on repairs. Service: General repairs & maintenance

      Hello Emilio,I understand your frustration, as you and most of my clients know I am a one man show so I schedule my work accordingly and was already booked into the next month when you wanted to leave the vehicle. Yes, the radiator leaked after installation. I then warrantied the part and replaced a coolant hose that burst, after that the vehicle left and as far as I was aware it was fine until January when your son stopped by and said it was leaking again. I also didn’t make a big deal of the fact that the vehicle left in May with an unpaid balance until January.I wasn’t ignoring your calls. I had no missed calls from you on either the shop phone or my personal cell phone. You say I used inferior parts, but that is not true because I installed a Mahle Behr Radiator which is the original equipment radiator installed from the factory. So, I would not call this an inferior part or of lesser quality in any way.To say you had a BMW radiator installed for a third the price is twisting the facts, because you paid $598.92 for the radiator replacement (total bill for all repairs was $2615.21) after the veterans discount. A new BMW radiator on FCP Euro lists for $324.49 and that part alone is roughly half the cost of what you paid for the entire radiator repair with me. I was also understanding of the fact that I had parts ordered for your Nissan after which you brought it to another facility and to this day I am stuck with the parts. RegardsPaul Mascia Jr
