        Deal House exemplified outstanding professionalism throughout the purchase of our families estate property. Chris and Pedro were both patient and understanding as the probate process played out. Deal House made an offer significantly higher than the other interested buyers. They did exactly what they said theyd do in a timely fashion as they assisted with our often tedious journey with probate court. Honest. Trustworthy professionals from start to finish. Super nice guys as well. We whole heartedly recommend Deal House for any real estate interests one may have. Thank you Chris and Pedro!

        The entire process was excruciatingly painful. Chris and Pete would hardly ever respond to my realtor or myself. Questions never answered without following up via many texts and phone calls. The house was a flip which Dealhouse spent the least amount of money possible. I do not believe they use licensed contractors as many of the repairs fell apart or broke within weeks of moving in leaving me to repair myself or pay someone. The third day living here the upstairs bathtub leaked into the downstairs. I had a plumber come who had to rip open the walls only to find out one of the pipes was literally installed backwards. This is one example of many. DO NOT purchase a home from them.

        I highly recommend DealHouse to anyone looking to sell their home. Not only were did they make the best offer, but they also were extremely professional and responsive. The entire process was smooth from the initial offer through the closing. DealHouse was also very patient and understanding while I (as the administrator of the estate selling the house) had to work out some issues with our insurance company and our bank before we could close. You would be foolish not to give them a call and see what they have to offer.

      Thank you for sharing your experience, and I appreciate your honest feedback.I want to acknowledge that the property you purchased was an older home, and although we made several cosmetic updates (we only use licensed contractors) the home was not perfect and it was not a compete renovation or new construction. It’s unfortunate that you had a leak in your bathroom. We always advise everyone to get a home inspection done prior to buying a home but unfortunately, when it comes to older homes, you can’t always see what’s behind the walls.
