My partner and I was trying lease one of there commercial properties in linderhurst New York I was told if I put a deposit on the property and the lease agreement didnt go thru I was going to be refunded 100 percent . It been a month and rich pino told my partner all we could do is tell the landlord to give u your deposit back and dont want to get involved . when I gave the deposit to rich pino va venmo app .. R & R Commercial Realty Group is very unprofessional if u see that name on a property you trying lease stay away!!!
